When my planned college major of illustration changed to graphic design, I knew I could never leave my first love behind. Today, I still find artistic freedom and real satisfaction in digital illustration. The fact that my preferred medium is now the computer seems a bit ironic to me as I went through art school learning to do mechanicals by hand and only got to use a Mac Plus my senior year to set type.
